1. Participation and eligibility
1.1 The Miss Dollcini Brand Ambassador Program (hereinafter: "Program") is open to any person who has reached the age of 18.
1.2 Participation is voluntary, and by applying, every participant accepts these terms.
2. Program duration
2.1 The Program lasts for 3 months, starting on the date of acceptance of the application.
3. Application process
3.1 For registration, participants must submit their personal information and a photo via the provided form.
3.2 The Dollcini team evaluates the submitted images and selects the participants to be included in the Program.
4. Obligations of Selected Parties
4.1 The photos of the selected participants will be shared on Dollcini's official Instagram page, which currently has more than 54,000 followers.
4.2 Participants consent to our use of their photos for promotional purposes on our Instagram page and other social media platforms during and after the Program.
4.3 The selected participants agree to create promotional posts on their own social media channels about the free products sent by Dollcini (for example, bags), using the hashtag and tag we provide.
5. Reward
5.1 Participants in the Program receive a free bag during the Program, which they are required to showcase in at least one social media post.
6. Contract and legal obligations
6.1 Participants in the Program are required to sign an official contract that details the obligations related to the program and the usage rights of the images.
6.2 Participants warrant that the images they submit do not infringe any copyright or third-party rights, and that they have full rights to use them.
6.3 By sharing the images, participants grant Dollcini a non-exclusive right to use, distribute and display the copyrighted images, without additional compensation.
7. Privacy
7.1 We handle participants' personal data confidentially and use it solely for the administration of the Program. Our data processing policy is available on our website.
8. Exit the program
8.1 Participants may withdraw from the Program at any time, but in that case they will not be entitled to the free products and other benefits provided under the Program.
9. Exclusion of liability
9.1 Dollcini shall not be liable for any technical malfunction that affects the operation of the Program or the participants' sharing of images.
10. Legal jurisdiction
10.1 Participation in the Program and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary. By participating in the Program, participants agree that, in the event of any legal disputes, the Hungarian courts shall have jurisdiction.
