General Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing the Dollcini.hu online store. Please read the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) carefully before making a purchase. By using the website and placing an order, you accept the terms set out herein.

1. Details of the Service Provider (Operator)

The "Dollcini" designation is the commercial brand name used by Dollcini Hungary Kft.

Dollcini Hungary Kft. is entitled to use an appointed intermediary for processing and fulfilling orders,
for carrying out logistics, warehousing, servicing, returns, and administrative tasks
assigned intermediary.

These tasks are carried out on behalf of Dollcini Hungary Kft. by SHL-Pak Trade Kft. (registered office: 1089 Budapest, Golgota u. 4. Building 203, Shop 2008, tax number: 25730663-2-42).

2. Purchase Process

Products available in the online store can be ordered electronically by adding the product to the cart and completing the checkout process. Placing an order entails a payment obligation. The contract is concluded upon our automatic e-mail confirmation of the order.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

  • The prices indicated on the website are gross prices (including VAT) and are understood in Hungarian forints (HUF). Prices do not include shipping costs.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  • The customer may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from receipt of the package.
  • Detailed information about the exact procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, the conditions, and refunds is available on our Returns and Refund Guarantee page.

6. Coupons and Discounts

  • The Dollcini online store may periodically advertise coupons and other discounts, which can be used under specified conditions.
  • Coupons are not considered cash, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be combined with other discounts, and may only be used during the specified period if the defined conditions are met.
  • In the case of a purchase made using a coupon, the discount applies only to the given order. In the event of withdrawal or partial withdrawal, the refund is limited to the amount actually paid. The value of the coupon used will not be refunded and will not be automatically reissued.
  • In the event of partial withdrawal, the discount provided by the coupon will be settled proportionally. If, as a result of the return, the conditions for using the coupon (in particular, but not limited to, the minimum order value) are no longer met, the discount becomes invalid, and the refund will be determined accordingly.
  • If a coupon or discount is linked to a free gift product, and as a result of the withdrawal the conditions of the purchase are no longer met, the customer is required to return the gift product as well. If this is not done, Dollcini is entitled to deduct the value of the gift product from the refund amount.
  • Individual coupons issued for one-time use - including discounts granted as compensation or as part of complaint handling - will not be reissued in the event of withdrawal.
  • Dollcini reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms of coupons and discounts, as well as to end specific promotions early. The modifications do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

8. Complaints Handling and Legal Enforcement

If you have any complaint, please contact us using the contact details provided above. To resolve consumer disputes, you may also use the procedure of the Budapest Conciliation Board.

9. Supplement

  • We hereby inform our valued customers that the gift wrapping service applies exclusively to standard packages with a maximum size of 38x45x5 cm. The service cannot be used for oversized products such as suitcases, furniture, and other goods exceeding the specified size limit.
  • Dollcini reserves the right to restrict or discontinue the cash-on-delivery payment method for a given customer or delivery address in the event of repeated, unjustified refusal to accept delivery.

Chatbot information (Dóri)

The chatbot named "Dóri" available on the Online Store interface is an automated information system based on artificial intelligence.

The chatbot is intended solely for providing general information, especially on the following topics:

  • delivery times and conditions,
  • product information,
  • size and style advice,
  • general shopping information.

The responses provided by the chatbot are generated automatically; therefore, they do not constitute an official legal statement, contract amendment, or individual case handling.

A withdrawal statement, return request, warranty claim, complaint, or any individual case handling may only be submitted through Customer Service, in writing (e.g. by e-mail) or through the official communication channels.

The Service Provider reserves the right not to accept liability for any inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect responses given by the chatbot. Official and governing information is provided in all cases in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the written responses given by Customer Service.
